Database Administrator (Level 2)

As the Database Administrator you will provides day to day Level 2 operations support for JM’s Global Database infrastructure and supports activities that requires database support through the use of database performance analysis tools, such as SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer (DPA).

Your goal / purpose will be to hold responsibility for the operations of the service and the technologies supporting these services, to include install/deploy, maintain and upgrade services and the technologies supporting these services in line with JM IT’s established tools and standards. Your success will contribute to maintaining the reliability and performance of the JM IT services and the technologies supporting these services.
