In this role, you will help maintain a dependable, scalable platform that supports reporting, analytics, and emerging AI use cases. You will work closely with data, BI, and technical stakeholders to strengthen data operations, improve system performance, and promote effective platform management.

• Oversee daily administration of the Microsoft environment, ensuring data pipelines and dataflows run smoothly and interruptions are addressed quickly.
• Track platform health and performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements that enhance stability and efficiency.
