In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing HR data processes, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration across multiple platforms. As this is a long-term contract position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both project-based initiatives and ongoing operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the extraction, cleansing, and validation of HR data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee the preparation and transformation of data for successful integration into new platforms.
• Develop and maintain frameworks for data migration, ensuring repeatable and efficient processes.
• Act as the primary expert for system data integrity and stability across various platforms.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
