We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a data storage expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and availability of our company's data storage systems.

Your primary goal will be to take ownership of customer issues reported and see them through to resolution. This involves maintaining an optimal level of customer satisfaction by identifying all customer issues and recommending appropriate resolutions.

You will provide 2nd-level support by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, and migrating data while following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.

Maintaining accurate documentation is also crucial in your role. You should have experience with day-to-day administration of data backup & recovery solutions in production environments.
