Slack Workflow & Automation Engineer (Sales Systems Architect)

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly technical systems builder who understands sales operations and can translate complex, real-world workflows into structured, automated systems.

This role is for someone who thinks in pipelines, accountability, and process enforcement — not just task execution.

The ideal candidate can take messy operational processes and build structured, scalable workflows that enforce follow-ups, ownership, and visibility across the sales lifecycle.

You should be comfortable working with CRM logic (HubSpot), automation tools, APIs, and data synchronization — and capable of implementing escalation logic such as 2-day and 4-day inactivity alerts.

You will also collaborate with third-party teams (CBS – HubSpot TPA, AWS engineers) to ensure seamless integration and system alignment.
