Overview

• Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of analytical framework using business knowledge, advanced analytical techniques and tools to derive deeper insights, identify opportunities, assess impact, recommend & implement actions for better customer experience, incremental profitability and improved efficiency. This role shall ensure that all advanced analytics solutions being implemented, be it in the Bank or with its third-party affiliates and/or partners, are aligned with the Bank’s vision and strategies.

Responsibilities
