Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Use data science to identify problem areas in realtime with triggers generated to production teams for investigation. Use trend analysis and pattern recognition on new issues volumes as well as case volumes.
• Support projects, demonstrate technical expertise to remove roadblocks and find creative solutions to prevent future reoccurrence.
• Create compelling proposals with technologists and business to drive innovation from conception to production with appropriate success metrics.
• Incorporate domain expertise in financial market content into the solutions and write highly optimised code for solutions.
