本ポジションは、アステラス製薬における重点ブランドの事業戦略に沿った分析を通じて、経営層やマーケティング部門への示唆出しを担う重要な役割です。ブランドのパフォーマンスを定量的・定性的に評価し、新たなビジネスチャンスを特定、的確な戦略提言を行うことで、事業目標の達成に貢献します。
また、グローバルや地域のステークホルダーと連携しながら、戦略的意思決定における分析支援を提供します。
The Japan Brand and Market Analytics Partner (Data Scientist) plays a critical role in providing valuable strategic business insight and actionable recommendations to priority Commercial Division/markets to support achievement of brand objectives for priority/strategic products. This position is responsible for assessing brand performance on an ongoing and ad hoc basis to identify new business opportunities and insights and advise key stakeholders on how best to leverage the opportunities. In addition to providing sound counseling and objective interpretation of data to the stakeholders in global and regional commercial functions.
