HappyRobot Inc. is looking for a data-savvy Product Analytics professional to help make data a core part of HappyRobot’s products. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to measure how changes to models, agents, and features affect real-world performance and business impact. You will design experiments, define meaningful metrics, and build dashboards across millions of conversations to guide product roadmaps and improve customer outcomes.
