Data Scientist

Overview

As a Data Scientist, you will tackle high-impact business problems by turning complex, large-scale data into scalable analytics and AI solutions. You will design, build, and deploy models spanning machine learning, optimization/simulation, and emerging Generative & Agentic AI, working closely with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business questions into well-defined analytics/AI problems (hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation approach)
• Perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model development on large, complex datasets to uncover non-obvious insights
• Design and implement advanced algorithms across machine learning (e.g., tree models, deep learning, reinforcement learning) and Operations Research (optimization, simulation)
