Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end data projects: Identify issues, gather and analyze data, interpret trends, build models, provide recommendations, and create automated reports.
Develop data pipelines and ML models: Design ETL flows and research, build, validate, deploy, and improve machine learning algorithms for business optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with business owners, product managers, and developers to uncover insights and deliver data-driven solutions.
Communicate findings effectively: Simplify complex concepts into clear reports and explain technical results to stakeholders in plain language.
Enhance data processes and support globally: Define new data collection and analysis processes and provide cross-country support within the organization.
