We're looking for an experienced Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our growing data team. You'll be part of a high-energy product and engineering team where ownership is real.

At Inven, AI isn't an add-on—it's the foundation of how we deliver value to our users. As a Data Scientist / ML Engineer here, you'll get the chance to work on complex, data-heavy features and define what a great AI-first product looks like.

What are we looking for?

• An exceptionally driven, startup-minded individual. We consider ourselves high-performers, you should be one too
• Strong math skills, especially linear algebra and statistics, are essential - Without foundational skills we would be constrained to copying ready-made solutions.
• Hunger for innovation is required - Our product lives or dies based on whether it is the best product out there, so we don't have the luxury of simply copying what has worked in the past.
