Description:
Increasing IT Stability by identifying, quantifying and mitigating IT issues and risks by using Advanced Analytics (predictive / prescriptive analytics - Machine Learning and more) to either prevent or reduce risks or providing service improvement plans into CSI. Automating the IT Ops reporting area, including Suppliers’ Performance by implementing Gen AI self-reporting solution(s) by implementation of:

–automated root cause identification of business critical IT systems instability
–to minimize MTRS and/or probability of reoccurring incident or probability of a change to cause an incident, building the Neural Network setting optimal values of the ML factors (reporting Deep Analysis)
–Generative AI model(s) of fully automated, customized self-reporting solutions using AI – thousands of potential automation hours
