Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models. You will drive innovation across predictive analytics, GenAI integration, and scalable ML pipelines, contributing to strategic decision-making and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and recommendation systems.
Architect and optimize ML pipelines using GCP services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions).
Apply GenAI techniques including LLMs, RAG frameworks (e.g., EasyRAG), and prompt engineering.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed models into enterprise applications.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Ensure model governance, fairness, explainability, and compliance with data privacy standards.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to AI/ML strategy and roadmap.
