**Key Objective**
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Own the end-to-end development of the data science products: from data engineering, data exploration, modeling, and model deployment.
- Develop company A/B testing frameworks and test model quality.
- Understand and combine data from various sources to create analytics data sets.
- Use new methodologies, algorithms, tools, and technologies to solve problems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Applied AI, Claims, Underwriting, IT) to achieve objectives.
- Become a trusted partner for the stakeholders in topics related to data and analytics (i.e., translating data insights into business decisions/actions).
- Communicate and present findings or data science projects/achievements to non-technical audiences.
- Support ad-hoc business requests which require statistical analysis.
