Story Behind the Need:
The Global AI & ML team is part of the Customers Insight & Analytics division. They are responsible for delivering AI and ML solutions across the Bank. The Data Scientist will be an integral part of maintaining the performance of the Chatbot. They will work with a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to evaluate customer interactions with the Chatbot in order to measure the efficacy of the AI and augment training data where needed.
