The Data Science Senior Manager is responsible for leading and scaling the enterprise data science and advanced analytics practice at Bass Pro Shops. This role owns the strategy, delivery, and operational maturity of AI- and analytics-driven solutions that create measurable business impact. This leader combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and enterprise influence. They are accountable for sustaining and evolving existing AI solutions while partnering with business leaders to ideate, prioritize, and deliver new AI and advanced analytics capabilities. The role works closely with IT partners, architecture, and the Enterprise Data team to ensure complex data pipelines and data-intensive initiatives are designed for scalability, quality, and future-state evolution.
