Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve business problems and drive data‑based decisions.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing Data Science and ML Ops team.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Editorial, and Technology teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee ML Ops and model lifecycle practices including deployment, monitoring, governance, and automated retraining.
- Drive experimentation through pilots, prototypes, and AI/ML innovation projects.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ensure on‑time project delivery, measurable business impact, and continuous improvement through new tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
