& SummaryThe CDO team provides data governance & compliance, data quality management and data management & enablement services. A data quality support analyst is required to support across data quality operational services and initiatives. They will play a key support role, working closely with the Data Quality Management Lead and the wider CDO team to help deliver data quality initiatives, maintain data quality standards, and support the implementation of data governance activities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities;

Manage and maintain master data in alignment with global standards

Act as a data steward, treating master & reference data as a strategic asset.

Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions for data related issues.

Manage ServiceNow requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA.

Maintain and update process documentation and procedures.
