Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates deal data quality enforcement, continuously reviews data accuracy and regularly observes data cleansing within CRM
  • Governs and maintains DQ SOP's and KPI's of Sales & Business Development and CSM teams
  • Uses analysis to assess gaps within the system and sales process, implements and documents new initiatives
  • Interprets trends and data on reports and dashboards for reporting to regional sales champions and other teams
  • Reviews and approves commissions of Business Development team members
  • Manage assigned tickets related to HS reporting and addresses DQ enquiries
  • Regularly hold workshops and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience as a data analyst
  • Experience in HubSpot (Sales Hub e.g. Deals, Dashboards and Reporting), Power BI is a plus
