Job Description:

What you'll do

  • Guides and coaches team members on expectations and continuous improvement by communicating direction and goals through regular and clear feedback
  • Strive to achieve standards for quality and related KPIs are met and initiates improvement actions when necessary
  • Facilitates communications, daily meetings, ongoing quality performance reviews, and calibration activities with team

Job Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Preferred: College Graduate of CEC, IT or any tech related courses
  • At least 1 year QA experience for BPO setup
  • Knowledgeable in doing Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience handlingblended campaigns (Voice, Chat, Email) is an advantage
