Job Description:
What you'll do
- Guides and coaches team members on expectations and continuous improvement by communicating direction and goals through regular and clear feedback
- Strive to achieve standards for quality and related KPIs are met and initiates improvement actions when necessary
- Facilitates communications, daily meetings, ongoing quality performance reviews, and calibration activities with team
Job Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Preferred: College Graduate of CEC, IT or any tech related courses
- At least 1 year QA experience for BPO setup
- Knowledgeable in doing Root Cause Analysis
- Experience handlingblended campaigns (Voice, Chat, Email) is an advantage
