Job Summary:
The
Data Quality & Insights Analyst
ensures the accuracy, reliability and usability of CRM data and supports the sales organization with high-quality reporting, governance, and insights. This role is a key partner in maintaining CRM integrity, enforcing SOPs and enabling efficient, data-driven sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Data Governance & Quality Enforcement -
maintains high data accuracy within HubSpot deals. Performs data audits, leads cleansing initiatives and enforces adherence to global data standards and sales process requirements. - DQ SOP & KPI Management
- maintains, updates, and documents Data Quality SOPs and KPIs. Identifies system or workflow gaps and proposes improvements.
- Quarterly Commission Report Management -
