Job Description

Job Summary:
The Data Quality & Insights Analyst ensures the accuracy, reliability and usability of CRM data and supports the sales organization with high-quality reporting, governance, and insights. This role is a key partner in maintaining CRM integrity, enforcing SOPs and enabling efficient, data-driven sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Governance & Quality Enforcement - maintains high data accuracy within HubSpot deals. Performs data audits, leads cleansing initiatives and enforces adherence to global data standards and sales process requirements.
DQ SOP & KPI Management - maintains, updates, and documents Data Quality SOPs and KPIs. Identifies system or workflow gaps and proposes improvements.
Quarterly Commission Report Management - audits commission submissions against CRM data and SOP guidelines. Consolidates datasets, verifies accuracy, analyzes performance and flags required corrections or process changes.
