- Accurately extract, label, and clean data from English-language emails to maintain high data quality.
- Monitor and analyze merchant/vendor data trends to detect anomalies or patterns.
- Categorize email content and identify notable trends across different merchants.
- Investigate irregularities in data (e.g., sudden spikes or drops) and maintain data consistency.
- Collaborate with global teams (China and U.S.) to align on data quality standards.
- Respond to analyst/client requests promptly while ensuring adherence to data security protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred majors: Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or QA roles.
- Experience with data tagging, cleaning, and regular expressions (Regex).
