Data Project Manager & Teamlead

As Project Manager & Teamlead:

• You manage scope, time, risk and budget of the project(s) at hand;
• You work towards a timely and qualitative delivery of the project in an agile way;
• You act as a trusted advisor and you cultivate enduring customer relationships;
• You are the first point of contact for both the customer and the Tropos team on the project(s) assigned to you and you act as a liaison between them;
• You translate business questions into manageable tasks for your team of data engineers;
• You do regular one-on-ones, coaching conversations and a performance review at the end of the year with the colleagues on your project team(s);
• You inspire and motivate your team(s) and you celebrate success along the way;
• You ensure that people can learn and grow on projects by having an eye for their personal talents and competencies and by offering hands-on learning opportunities to everyone;
• You share best practices and knowledge within Tropos;
