Data Programme Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Programme Lead to drive delivery of multiple high-impact data transformation initiatives across a complex enterprise landscape. This role is key to orchestrating programmes that modernise data capabilities, enable cloud adoption, and deliver long-term business value.

You’ll lead cross-functional data teams through structured change, ensuring alignment between business goals, delivery timelines, and architectural integrity.

Experience of working with technology teams and specifically data teams in driving delivery is essential.

What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic data transformation programmes, ensuring alignment across multiple technical and business streams.
