Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course,
With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
- Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
Responsibilities
- Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
- Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively.
- Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
- Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems.
- Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.
