About the Role

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course,

With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
  • Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).

Responsibilities

  • Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
  • Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively.
  • Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
  • Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems.
  • Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.
