Responsibilities:

  • Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions while ensuring highquality problem resolution.
  • Builds comprehensive knowledge of QC checks through handson experience and training.
  • Performs online survey testing, data exports, and daily/postfieldwork reporting.
  • Conducts data quality control using SPSS/Excel, applies corrections, and codes openended responses.
  • Creates and maintains guidelines/documentation and collaborates with analysts, project managers, and data management teams on survey development.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PMR industry experience with strong project management, client relationship, and influencing skills.
