Data Processing & Client Support Associate

Unisys is seeking a Data Process Associate to provide data process support within an assigned service area. You will assist clients via phone, email, chat or other channels, handling inquiries, resolving issues and processing orders while entering and updating data in databases.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders, following regulatory requirements and internal standards, and escalating complex issues when needed.
