Mission

The Data &Performance Specialist plays a critical role in transforming product, customer,
trial, field
performance, and industry data into clear performance insights,
practical recommendations, and measurable economic value for our customers.
This role strengthens Hybrid Turkeys’ ability to make data-driven decisions by
applying advanced analytics, benchmarking, digital tools, and emerging
technologies, including AI-enabled analysis and predictive modelling, to better
understand product performance across the full value chain. By linking
field-level observations and performance outcomes back to the genetics team,
the role helps the organization better understand and consider strategies to
minimize genetics-by-environment variability while identifying opportunities to
