to join our
Support Ops technology organization
. Support Ops is a consolidated technology department within KBS, bringing together project management, product office, enterprise architecture, software engineering, data analysis, data engineering, and client platform engineering.

This role is a blend of
strategic data platform engineering
and
hands-on production support
. You'll help modernize how we manage, transform, and deliver data to clients using Databricks, while also ensuring client deliverables such as reports, data imports, and cleansing tasks are executed with accuracy and timeliness.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL).
