Role Overview
Sonas Engineering is seeking a highly analytical Data & Reporting Officer to manage installation reporting, subcontractor claim verification, stock reconciliation, and project financial tracking.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting and protecting project margins.
Scope of Work
Installation & Performance Reporting
Capture and verify daily installation data
Maintain central project tracker
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Financial & Claims Control
Verify subcontractor installation claims
Calculate payment schedules
Reconcile installations with client-approved data
Support invoice preparation
Stock & Variance Management
Track meters issued vs installed
Identify and investigate discrepancies
Maintain stock reconciliation register
