Role Overview

Sonas Engineering is seeking a highly analytical Data & Reporting Officer to manage installation reporting, subcontractor claim verification, stock reconciliation, and project financial tracking.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate reporting and protecting project margins.

Scope of WorkInstallation & Performance Reporting

  • Capture and verify daily installation data
  • Maintain central project tracker
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports

Financial & Claims Control

  • Verify subcontractor installation claims
  • Calculate payment schedules
  • Reconcile installations with client-approved data
  • Support invoice preparation
