Job Description
- Perform day-to-day network operations including incident management, service requests, and change requests related to data and network security.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, IP interfaces, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Manage firewall policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Generate monthly and quarterly firewall audit reports and network capacity management reports.
- Plan, review, and implement network change requests while adhering to SLA and KPI requirements.
- Configure and manage TACACS including user role creation, modification, and deletion.
- Apply patches and perform operating system or firmware upgrades on network devices.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and implement security best practices for internet-connected devices.
