. Ability to develop and drive a strategy as per the needs of the team
. Good to have: Programming knowledge.

Technical / Behavioural
. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology field.
. 7+ years' experience, preferable within financial services and/or a shared service model
. Strong attention to detail & analytical skills.
