Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to research organizations and collect specific contact information.
Responsibilities:
Review a provided Excel list of organization names
Visit each organization's website
Identify two specified leadership roles (e.g., Executive Director, Treasurer, CFO, etc.)
Locate publicly available email addresses where possible
Enter names, titles, and emails accurately into a tracking spreadsheet
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to navigate websites efficiently
Basic Excel proficiency
High accuracy and consistency
Respect for publicly available information only
Deliverable:
Clean, accurate spreadsheet with completed contact fields for each organization.
Estimated workload: Ongoing / project-based depending on volume.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
