migration from a cloud-based legacy CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data migration pipelines using API-based extraction from the legacy CRM system.
  • Develop robust ETL processes to handle large datasets with data quality, transformation, and integrity checks.
  • Use Azure Logic Apps , Power Automate , or Azure Data Factory to orchestrate integration workflows.
  • Implement batch processing , pagination , and retry logic for API calls to handle high-volume data extraction.
