Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to support a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring strong governance, quality, and technical readiness throughout the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data migration strategy from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
- Oversee data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and validation activities
- Manage the full ETL lifecycle for financial and operational data
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate data-related risks during migration
