Data Migration Lead

* Follow Strada’s payroll and project implementation standards.* Plan and execute all Data Migration ETL/validation stages for testing and deployment.* Troubleshoot medium‑complexity functional issues and track technology defects.* Adjust Data Migration Strategy as needed and update the Local DM Plan.* Support the Workstream Lead and Project/Program Manager by following timelines, reporting progress, and escalating risks.* Provide guidance on data models, templates, and legal data requirements.* Lead DM kick‑off, Q&A sessions, and communicate requirements to clients.* Request and coordinate Data Quality Assessments; support client data cleansing.* Perform or guide data load cycles and support testing when needed.* Track and resolve data issues, maintaining the RAID log.* Manage or oversee data reconciliation and validation activities.* Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science or MBA).* 1–4 years of experience in HR Data Migration projects (depending on level).* Ability to work sh...
