**What You Will Do** **:**
+ Lead the development and implementation of a data migration strategy as it relates to a statewide modernization initiative.
+ Oversee a diverse team of practitioners to execute the data migration strategy -- from data assessment; ETL/data cleansing and transformation; data conversion; data migration; and QA/testing.
+ Identify opportunities to leverage cutting edge automation/AI enabled capabilities to streamline and support data migration activities.
+ Provide hands-on support across the data migration -- e.g., this is not a singularly strategy focused role. You will be expected to build the strategy, as well as hands-on support future data integrations.
