Job Summary

  • The Translation Mapping Specialist is responsible for mapping new referring doctors, new patients, and insurance information correctly.

Essential Functions and Tasks

  • Identify patterns and trends in failed mapping and works with team lead to find solutions.

  • Ensure new information is correct in the Imagine download system, so that charges are billed with the correct information to both insurance and patients.

  • Monitoring AIMS platform.

  • Monitoring our Data Manager site, which includes pulling daily work, noting accounts worked, and noting issues with translations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least one year of medical billing experience preferred.
