Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course,
With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines.
Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
Responsibilities
Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals.
Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively.
Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics.
Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems.
Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.
