The Quality Director is accountable for the full scope of quality across our client's North American operations, a leading automotive interiors supplier. The role spans quality assurance, quality planning, customer quality, and regional HSE oversight, leading a multi-site quality team and executing the global quality strategy at regional level

Key Responsibility
Define and own the regional quality strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and customer-specific requirements Build and sustain a robust Quality Management System across all sites, establishing consistent controls, procedures, and audit routines Lead, develop, and performance-manage site quality leadership and central quality planning resources Act as the senior quality interface with customers, owning escalations, audits, and launch quality Champion continuous improvement and problem-solving disciplines (8 D, root cause analysis) to drive benchmark performance in ...Ready to Apply?
