We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and supporting the team with various tasks. Candidates with IT skills such as SEO, website marketing, and basic digital tools management will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Handle emails and correspondence.
Maintain organised records, files, and documents.
Support HR, IT, and other departments as needed.
Perform data entry, report preparation, and general clerical duties.
Assist in website updates, SEO tasks, and online marketing efforts.
Requirements
High Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in an administrative or office role.
