Job Description

Assist in developing and maintaining ETL jobs using IBM Datastage.

Write and modify SQL queries and basic stored procedures in MS SQL Server.

Monitor daily batch runs and raise/escalate issues as needed.

Contribute to documentation updates in Confluence.

Use GitHub for code versioning and peer collaboration.

Track tasks, issues, and tickets through Jira and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL and basic MS SQL Server development.
  • Working knowledge of Linux shell scripting.
  • Exposure to IBM Datastage or similar ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL utilities such as BCP.
  • Experience using tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and grow into more advanced ETL responsibilities.
