Data Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Lead Data Insights Analyst to provide hands‑on analytical leadership while mentoring an early‑career analyst. This role combines technical data expertise, people development, and consultative partnership across the People function.

You'll collaborate closely with the Corporate Systems group to align on data sources, Oracle HR system changes, and automation opportunities-ensuring reporting and insights are delivered in a scalable, efficient, and user‑friendly way.
