Data Governance

Responsibilities

• Improve and operationalize data governance across the organization
• Develop and support the network of data stewards (training, coaching and the evolution of practices)
• Act as a change agent to promote a data-driven culture and the development of related skills
• Maintain and evolve the operating model as well as the frameworks, policies and standards for data governance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by steering governance initiatives aligned with legal obligations
• Define, implement and maintain frameworks, processes and practices related notably to data quality and data definitions, in collaboration with key stakeholders (PRP, IT, CISO)
• Structure and oversee data governance initiatives and projects at the organizational level
• Define, monitor and communicate performance indicators to decision-making bodies
