Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 12+ years of total and 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services domains, including familiarity with enterprise data assets and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in client consulting on data governance solutions, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and processes to meet business needs and strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive data governance programs, including establishing data stewardship models, roles, and accountabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of core data governance pillars: metadata management, data quality management, master data management, and data security management.
