Role Purpose
Provide operational support for accurate and timely creation and maintenance of customer master data in SAP, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across countries and entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer master data in SAP
- Validate data accuracy and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with country teams to resolve issues
- Support data clean-up, migrations, and documentation
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Basic finance/accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Interest in data governance and standard processes
- Clear communication and organizational skills
Systems & Tools
- SAP Business One (preferred), Excel, ERP/data management tools, and customer support systems/experience
