**Data Extractor (ETL Programmer)**
**Responsibilities**:
Examine data received from Clients and ensure that loading data is received (data, trial balance reports, file layouts) Identify data formats, data types and new/repeat data sources
Create conversion scripts using SQL, LDR (Oracle Loader) and OC2 (Internal OSI Tool)
Identify layout changes and communicate this information to team members
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS/MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics or related field 5 or more years of experience in IT or Business Analysis
- **Experience **in a client-facing and stakeholder management role
- Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated business function Experience with testing and validation of output, reports, and financial balancing.
- **ADVANCED ENGLISH/ NECESARY.**:
- **Availability to travel to the USA/ Valid passpo**rt
